CheckInd guest register: editable operational starting point

Open the CSV in your spreadsheet application. The blank file contains column headers only. Use one stable record ID per applicable guest and one booking reference per stay. Use ISO dates (YYYY-MM-DD). Submitted and Reviewed are separate statuses; a submitted document has not necessarily been reviewed. A document reference is a locator, not an ID number, document image or public sharing link. Review is not a guarantee of document authenticity.

The sample contains two fictional guests for STAY-101 at Tamarind Villa. Neither guest has been marked Reviewed. Replace the sample rather than mixing demonstration records with real guests.

Collect only permitted, necessary information. Define authorized access, correction responsibilities, appropriate retention and a backup process. Do not put passport numbers, Aadhaar numbers, document images or publicly accessible links into this demonstration template. Do not treat a protected worksheet as secure document storage.

CSV files are plain text and contain no macros. Spreadsheet applications may nevertheless interpret imported values beginning with =, +, -, @, tabs or carriage returns as formulas. Treat guest-supplied data as untrusted; use your application's safe text-import settings and validate exported values before importing or sharing. This blank template does not enforce safe import settings or permissions.
